Please do not ship any items back to us without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you ship merchandise without a RMA number there is no way for us to track it and can delay or deny your refund. There will be no REFUND on OEM cartridges and there is no warranty. On OEM cartridges you will need to contact the manufacture for warranty issues.
RETURN FOR REFUND:
For Refunds, we will issue RMAs for 45 days from the original shipment date. In order receive refund the products should be returned to us with at least 70% ink in it. If a product has been returned with less than 70% there will be no refund.
All defective products will be replaced free of charge to the customer. Simply let us know the issue with the product and we will send you a replacement free of charge, however please note that we do send the cartridge to you as soon as possible to ensure you are inconvenienced as little as possible and therefore you would need to return the defective cartridge to us via the prepaid label which we will provide. Failure to return the defective cartridge to us, it will result in a charge to your credit card for the full price of the cartridge. Should customer decline to do troubleshooting and just want to return the products, this will be a return and restocking and shipping fee may apply.
RETURNING A WRONGLY ORDERED OR UNWANTED ITEM:
If you have ordered a wrong cartridge or no longer have a use for the cartridges you ordered from us, you can obtain an RMA from customer service to return it, however please note that you maybe be subject to a 20% restocking fee to our discretion.
SHIPPING FEE ON RETURNS:
We do not reimburse or refund customers for the shipping fees including the return fees. It is also recommended that you obtain tracking for the packages to ensure we have received the packages. If the product is defective and you are getting a replacement cartridge we will pay shipping of the replacement cartridge to you and the return of the defective cartridge to us.
HOW TO OBTAIN A RMA NUMBER?
Obtaining an RMA number is easy, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain what is the issue with the cartridges and we will provide you with RMA number so you can return the cartridges to us.
WHEN ARE REFUNDS/EXCHANGES PROCESSED?
Once the returned item/s are received in our warehouse we will inspect them and process the refund or replacement. Our normal turnaround time is 15 business days. Please allow an additional 3-4 days to see the credit back on your credit card statement. Your original method of payment will be credited after your return is received.
