SHIPPING POLICY

Tracking information for every order is emailed once the order shipment information is available online. You can check the order shipping information directly on the shipping carrier’s website or by visiting our site and then being redirected to the shipping companies tracking information. 

When will my order ship?

We usually ship all our orders the same or next business day. Sometimes, you may expect a slight delay of 2 days. However, we usually do our best to ship all orders the same day it was placed to provide fastest shipping possible. 

Please note orders placed Friday afternoon will be shipped Monday as we do not process orders during the weekend. 

How long will it take after my order ships?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in California and New York depending on the availability of products and fastest shipping route.  Please allow for up to 5 business days for orders to arrive, however usually orders should arrive within 3 business days. Depending on the product available in our east coast warehouse the customers in the east coast might experience the full 5 days of shipping time, where as our customers in west coast will usually receive their orders faster. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping charge to United States are $4.95 for orders under $50 and for orders over $50 we offer free shipping with USPS in addition to UPS ground which the cost will be calculated based on the weight of the products and destination. 

ATTENTION: ALL ORDERS THAT SHIP TO APO`s / PUERTO RICO / HAWAII / ALASKA AND PO BOXES: Please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method during checkout. Any other shipping methods will delay your order. 

How do I get my order tracking number?

The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping. Alternatively, you can check the Toners.com online order status by clicking here. 

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

If you are having issue with tracking your order, you contact us and we will try to locate your order for you.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you receive a damage product due to shipment immediately notify the driver and do not accept the shipment, if the order was left at the door please notify us within 5 business days and we will send replacement and contact the shipping carrier for you.

Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

We are proud to server our military members, we do deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business days to process and should arrive within 5 to 7working days. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times. 

Duplicated Orders

Most of our orders are approved automatically by a set of filters we have, to make that process faster for customers. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has been duplicated. Toners.com will not take responsibility for doubled orders, although you will of course be allowed to return the duplicate shipment. 

Missing Items and Shipping Claims

If there is an item missing from your order simply contact us and we will investigate and address the issue. 

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?

We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to weight and size. Some orders may ship from a different warehouse and therefore you might receive multiple packages. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally. Currently, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico, other US

My Package never arrived and it says that it has shipped?

In some cases a package can be lost by the carrier and never arrived to the customer. If you have not received your order please contact us so we can locate your order. You must contact us within 30 days of placing an order in order for us to be able to locate or reship the order to you.
